What inspired you to become a captain?
My great love for the sea and ships, nurtured since childhood, inspired me to become a captain. My grandfather, the old Captain Jure Rakuljić, instilled in me a deep passion for this profession. His tales of maritime adventures sparked my fascination with the open waters and the art of sailing.

Before becoming a captain, I've served in various roles like assistant cook, waiter, sailor, and helmsman. This diverse experience has significantly enhanced my understanding of the crew's dynamics and needs.
Can you give an example of a challenging situation you faced as a captain and how you resolved it?
One of the most challenging situations I faced as a captain was saving a passenger's life. Quick and efficient intervention from myself and my crew ensured a successful resolution.
What are your opinions and experiences regarding the knowledge and adherence to environmental sustainability practices in yachting?
I strongly advocate for environmental conservation. Last summer, my crew and I cleaned the islet of Lavdara from waste, garnering media attention.

Routes for private charters depend on agreement and weather conditions, ensuring a tailored experience that meets the preferences and desires of our guests.

We offer a range of special experiences and events during charters, including performances by klapa music groups, birthday cakes, and transport to desired locations by dinghy, etc.

Guests often make characteristic requests, such as prohibiting crew mobile use and cooking their food in their own pots. We accommodate these requests to ensure guest satisfaction and a personalized experience tailored to their preferences.

The off-season provides an opportunity for rejuvenation and exploration. During this time, I prioritize spending quality time with my family and friends, nurturing those important relationships. Additionally, I indulge my passion for travel, embarking on adventures to new destinations and immersing myself in different cultures.
